Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Ken Diamond Tours Hua Hin shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Ken Diamond Tours Hua Hin retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, inclusions, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.
One Day Tours: You can cancel your experience up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. It is required that you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience, you will not be refunded the amount paid. Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience cannot be considered. The cut-off dates are based on the local time at the place of the experience. Failure to board, change of date or cancellation within 24 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Multi-day tours: For tours of two or more days, cancellation or change of date outside of 7 days of departure will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Failure to board, cancellation or change of date within 7 days of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Overland Package Tours: Overland package tours are subject to the Multi-day Cancellation Policy. If one component of an overland tour package is cancelled or not available, alternative travel arrangements will be made for the passenger. Subsequent tour legs that are not cancelled will continue to be subject to the relevant terms and conditions and cannot be cancelled or changed by the passenger without incurring the associated charges. Accommodation and meals are provided as indicated and are not included between tours.
Ken Diamond Tours Hua Hin will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. Refunds are not provided for wet or changing weather conditions.
Extended Tour Travel Insurance Policy: Ken Diamond Tours Hua Hin provide to all passengers a travel insurance for the duration of the tour. You need to provide all full Names, Date of Birth and Passport Number when make a booking. You might not be able to join the trip without it. If you fail to produce the relevant details you are not permitted to travel, we will not be liable for any fares forfeited for your tour.
Change of Date Policy: Where possible Ken Diamond Tours Hua Hin will try to honour change of date requests that are made with at least 5 days’ notice. This is not possible for all tours and is always subject to availability. Change of date requests that are made with less than 5 days’ notice will not usually be accepted. Change of date requests may be subject to an adjustment fee which falls in line with the cancellation fee structure.
Child Policy: Children are permitted on most tours. Child rates are available on most tours. Please check the relevant tour page for child age ranges. Due to limited luggage restrictions on buses, pushers and prams are not permitted on some tours. Please ensure you check with our reservations staff before you bring them along to the tour. Passengers who show up with these items on tours which do not allow them may be refused boarding without refund. Infants (under 2 years of age) are permitted on some of our tours however child restraints are not provided. Please ensure you discuss your infant with our reservations team before booking.
Pick up and Drop off Services: Ken Diamond Tours Hua Hin offer complimentary pickup and drop off services for every tour. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location (accommodation provider) at least 5 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. Ken Diamond Tours Hua Hin cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the tour details on their confirmation are correct and the contact details they have provided are up to date. It may be necessary for Ken Diamond Tours Hua Hin to contact passengers regarding the tour prior to departure date. We recommend providing an Mobile number and checking your email regularly prior to your tour.
Meals: Most Tours do include meals and 1 bottle of Water unless otherwise stipulated, however stops will be made during the day where refreshments can be purchased on the day.
Private Taxi Transfer: cancellation outside of 1 days of departure will result in a full refund. Failure to board or cancellation within 24 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
TRAVELHUAHIN Limousine Service:
Limousine Airport Transfer: TRAVELHUAHIN Limousine provides all of the international airport pickups (Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang) and drop-offs to or from Bangkok city area and all of the available service area. The international airport transfer rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding 90 minutes. Your vehicle is dispatched according to the flight’s estimate arrival time as provided to TRAVELHUAHIN Limousine by each airline’s automated system or limousine reservation team. The final billing price includes English speaking chauffeur with clean criminal background, fuel, fully comprehensive insurance, tolls, parking fees, applicable taxes, RGPS (real time global positioning tracking system) for passenger’s maximum safety and security, drinking water, refreshing towel, and airport representatives who will be holding the passenger name sign at the meeting point in Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang airport.
The reservation can be made at least 24 hours in advance before the scheduled date.
A cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the trip, otherwise the company reserve the right to refuse a refund.
If there are any changes that may affect the trip which are not a cancellation, for example, changing of the pick-up time. Please, inform our reservation team in advance at least 12 hours before the trip.
The driver will wait for the customer up to 90 minutes after the flight has landed. However, in case of the flight delay or any incidents according to the airline, the driver will wait the client until they arrive without any charging fees. Apart from airport pickup, the driver will wait up to 30 mins.
If the customers insist the driver to wait for them more than 90 minutes at the airport or more than 30 mins at other pick-up destinations, the company will charge the customer 1,000 Baht per hour (the payment must be paid in cash and pay to the driver directly).
Limousine Point to Point Transfer: TRAVELHUAHIN Limousine may provide point-to-point transfer rates for local pickups and drop offs within the service area. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes and extra stops are charged additional. Regarding wait time beyond 30 minutes, the customer will be charged 1,000 Baht per hour. In terms of extra stops, the maximum stop is 3 drops/ trip, each drop cost 500 Baht and it must be in the same direction as the final destination.
Limousine Cancelation and refund Policy: TRAVELHUAHIN Limousine understands that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse refunds. After the company notice the cancellation, the customer will receive the refund within 45 working days. If the customer pays for the whole trip in cash, the refund balance will be returned on the bank account you provided. Moreover, in case of the credit/debit card, we credit back the valid credit card you provide when holding the reservation. However, the extra charge from PayPal, credit card or other payment methods that occur during the payment, these will be non-refundable.
No-Show: If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our staff immediately at +66(0) 81-7633002 (reservation team) to avoid the full-charge “no-show” fee. For Point-to-Point & Airport Service, if the client does not show at the pick-up location, they will be charged according to the base fare.
Smoking and Alcohol in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum charge of 2,000 Baht. Any Damages caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.
